30 Days Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days after receiving the item(s) for exchange or refund (not including shipping fees on packages returned. Only cost of items will be refunded).

For Incorrect / Defective Items


Straps House ensures that all items are inspected, packed and delivered properly. However, in rare cases when you receive the wrong or defective item(s), please contact us at sales@strapshouse.com with your order ID, proof of purchase, and pictures of the incorrect items. We will provide you further instructions for exchange. We will contact you once we have received the returned item and replace the item right away.

Straps House shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to you. Please note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability and while Straps House endeavours to ship a replacement item(s) to you. In the event if the item(s) is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund, or if you prefer, we can exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value.

Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, please take note the following:

  1. No alterations, worn, used, or damaged items will be accepted.

  2. The Item(s) must be in the original condition in which it was shipped


We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service for any returns to Straps House. We cannot bear the responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Straps House.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
