Yes, we ship worldwide!

All international orders will be shipped using trackable shipping service ( tracking number will be provided) with insurance.

COVID-19 outbreak has caused severe disruptions to international shipping. Please expect delayed delivery to all international destinations due to uncertain flight schedules, backlog and local movement restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

What about your website and payment security?


Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Our site uses SSL secure connection, a security technology that enables encrypted communication between the web browser and web server; all information transmitted on our site will be encrypted and private.

There are two things you will notice when you are on a secure website – a SSL padlock icon will appear at the address bar, and the website address will start with “https://” (e.g. You will see the word ‘Secure‘ and a padlock icon if you are using a google Chrome browser.


    An additional security feature from credit card issuers to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating cardholder’s identity at the point of purchase – the issuing bank will send an OTP (one time pin) to the cardholder for authentication.

Do I need to register an account to place order?

No. You are able to place order and check out as guest without creating an account.

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is being processed, and another email confirmation when your order is complete.

How do I change my order or shipping info?

If your order has not been shipped, we are able to make the necessary changes for you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Local: 2-5 business days
Overseas: 7-30 business days

Different country’s custom clearance and postal carrier processing time may vary. For shipping to certain countries may take a longer time to arrive due to strict custom inspection. We seek for your understanding and patience in the event if the shipment is delayed as it’s beyond our control.
